Words regarding the niyah have not been narrated from the Prophet Mohammad pbuh (صلي الله عليه وسلم).
There is no special dua’a to begin the fast, Niyah means intending by heart, it is not necessary to utter it by mouth.
Dhahaba al-zama wa’btalat al-‘uruq wa thabata al-ajr in sha Allah
Thirst has gone, the arteries are moist, and the reward is sure, if Allah wills.
Sunan Abi Dawud 2357
Oh my Lord, forgive and have mercy and You are the best of those who show mercy.”
“La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz- zalimin”
There is none worthy of worship except You, Glory to You, Indeed, I have been of the transgressors. (Translation is different in the shared document as I have compared with the reference below)
Jami’ at-Tirmidhi 3505
“Allahumma inni as’alukal-‘afwa wal-‘afiyah fid-dunya wal-akhirah”
O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and in the Hereafter.
Sunan Ibn Majah 3871
“Rabbana Faghfiırlana thunoobana wa kaffir Anna sayyi aatinaa wa tawaffana ma alabraar”
Our Lord! Forgive us our sins and remit from us our evil deeds and make us die with the righteous.
Al-Quran 3:193
“HasbiyAllahu laa ilaaha illa huwa alayhi tawakkaltu wa huwa Rabbul arshil adheem”
Allah is sufficient for me. There is none worthy of worship but Him. I have placed my trust in Him. He is the Lord of the Majestic throne.
